ControlMap allows users to utilize SSOs (or Single Sign-Ons) to streamline and expedite the login process.  We currently support SSOs for Google, Microsoft Online and other enterprise identity provider accounts such as Azure AD or OneLogin via SAML 2.0.  This article outlines the process for enabling this on your organization's platform so you and your team can access ControlMap with the click of a button.

Key Concept:

ControlMap can support multiple SSO options per organization. Individual users set their SignIn preferences under My Profile > My Signin Preferences.

Setting Up SSO for your Organization

To enable SSO logins, you will first need to login using your username and password. Once you've successfully logged in, navigate to the Settings menu by selecting Settings at the bottom of the sidebar. In the Settings menu, select Login & SignIn options. From here, you can configure your organization's SSO settings. Google and Microsoft SSOs can be enabled by selecting the associated checkboxes. You can also set up an SSO for a different enterprise identity provider by selecting the checkbox for Enable SAML 2.0 SSO and filling out the required fields per the instructions.  Click the Update settings button to save your changes and SSO logins will now be available.

Utilizing SSOs

With your SSO settings enabled and configured, you can now sign in by selecting your preferred SSO from the Other sign in options section of the login screen.  If you'd like to disable SSO logins for your account in the future, you can do so be deselecting your previous selections and updating your settings.
